Rh 2017 - inserting a line in the footer of printed documented

Hi,

We are generating word/pdf from RH 2017. It is a Release Note document.

Currently, the footer has the book name and the page number.

We want to add the following:

a horizontal line and beneath that the date + bookname + page number

How can we add all the 4 elements in RH so that there is no manual editing to be done in word document output.
