RH 2017 - Is Access Control Possible?

This is a strange request/scenario but more of a question from the PM community.

If we have a scenario where RoboHelp output is hosted on a cloud server and integrated with the product UI.

Because it is accessible over internet/network anyone can access it even if the user does not sign in to the product.

What if we want users to view the help only after they launch it from the product UI after signing in the product? And not without entering the product.

Is that possible?

PM? Product/Project Management?

There is nothing within RoboHelp that enables what you want.

Your developers would need to create something that denies access to the online help without some sort of handshake from the product. In effect, password control but where the product provides the password without the user being aware of it.
