RH 2017 - Preview Window Stopped Working

I'm using the latest RH 2017 on Windows 10. For some reason, my preview window stopped working today.
My usual configuration when my laptop is docked with my docking station is to have my laptop's monitor hidden (laptop is closed) and I use my two external monitors instead. Yesterday, I used RH with my laptop monitor visible and another external monitor working in a different location. I used Ctrl + W preview just fine yesterday.
Today, I plugged my laptop back into the docking station. But now the preview window never appears. The busy cursor flickers like it's trying to load it, but I suspect it might be somewhere off my visible dimensions.
I tried restarting RH. I tried restarting my computer, and it's still the same.
I then tried following this post and restarting RH but the preview window is still not appearing anywhere visible.

The preview window is part of my essential workflow and I need it to work. I hope someone has some good ideas. I don't want to do a reinstall attempt.
