RH 2019 (Full) Imported Adobe Captivate 2019 Demo Does Not Play back with Sound / Issue with Sizing

I am a pest on this forum but I need some more help.  I am attempting to insert a Captivate Demo (2019)  HTML5 into a RH 2019 (Full) topic. 

Process:

1. Imported Adobe Captivate Demo by selecting index.html from the output folder.
2. RoboHelp creates the zipped .cpz format.
3. I insert Multimedia > Adobe Captivate Demo and select the imported video.
4. Publish Responsive HTML5 Layout RoboHelp to RoboHelp Server 10.

Problem Results:

1. Captivate Demo is not playing the project's audio file. The navigation and the playbar work fine just no audio and therefore, no closed captioning.

Questions:

1. How do I manage the sizing of the video within a topic?  I set the video size but wanted the video to play in full screen when selected.
