RH 2019 - how to generate robots.txt

Hi,

I'm using RH 2019 (version 2019.0.14) and i'd like to know if , when I generate my output (webhelp) it is possible to generate these files:

- Robots.txt 

- sitemap.xml

If so, how can I do?

    Get your IT person to build it - it's just a text file.

      In the output preset under Search there is a "Generate XML sitemap" checkbox. You can also set a base url and frequency of update period.

       

      robots.txt I think is something that is managed by your webserver administrator, so I don't think there's a way to automatically generate one. I could be wrong about who manages it, but I can't think of any settings mentioning a robots.txt file.

        Thanks for the xml sitemap, I've found the checkbox and ... it works! 🙂

        If somebody as an idea for the robots.txt...do not hesitate to tell me! Actually, it's my IT administrator who told me that this could be set in RH...
