RH 2019 | Output possible missing files

Hello,

My dev team is trying to work with WebHelp output from the new 2019 RoboHelp.

They tell me there are 2 missing js files.

whtagdata.js

glo.new.js

I can confirm that these files do not exist anywhere in the project folders or output folders.

Are these files necessary?

If yes, they're auto generated so what have I done wrong in the Output settings?

Can anyone here help with this disconnect?

Thank you

This happened because dev team didn't have the new CHIs for RH 2019.

The CHI folder is included when you install RH2019 and is probably in your c drive.

With anything like this it's a case of try it but make sure you have backups in place before you start.

I know I'm several years late in reply to this post, but I'm currently having the same issue. Wondering if anyone can tell me if copying the glo.new.js file from another project is problematic in any way. Our developers have tested it and it seems to work.

Edit-- they haven't tested it yet-- wondering if there is any logic that might prevent this from working.
