RH 2020.6 with GIT for Windows versions 2.23 and Git Version 2.33 - will not work with new ssh keys

One of our team members needed to setup different computer to use RH2020 and Git for Windows.

Followed all of our documented steps, worked with Adobe Tech Support and still cannot determine the issue. Note when copied over the ssh keys from user's original computer to the new one then RH works as expected and user can create new connection profiles. But, when using the newly created ssh keys consistently get the following error when trying to create connection profiles. Any ideas how to fix?

    Think you need to contact the RH folks again - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
