RH 2020 Failed to generate PDF

I have installed Robohelp 2020 and I cannot generate any pdf output. I can generate word output. I have tried a project that I upgraded from RH 2019 and a brand new project that I have created in RH 2020 and the result is the same. 

Also the user guide says you should be able to a look at the log to see the error but I dont get any warning symbol next to the pdf output preset to select, like the guide says.

    I found out how to view the error log, right -click on PDF and view log. 

    The error is Java not found

    Kindly install 64-bit version of Java 8 on your system and then try.

    I had the same problem and this solution worked perfectly.  I had to download Java a second time because I didn't realize that the first time it was downloading 32 bit Java 8 instead of 64 bit.
