RH 2020 - Hyperlinks - Can I view all hyperlinks in my project at once?

Hi all,

Is there a way to view all hyperlinks in your project at once?

I want to be able to see all hyperlinks in my project in one location, so I can quickly check them all and identify which links are 'broken'. For instance because a web address changed.

Is this possible? Or is the only way to check hyperlinks by going through the Topics one by one?

Initially I expected the 'fix broken links' option to be helpful here. But I realize that 'fix broken links' only identifies broken links within the project itself.

Thanks a lot!

Hannah

Sorry, not a lot of experience with needing to use a link checker on my projects (they're pretty self-contained with extremely few external links). Here's the link that Peter was talking about - https://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/links/links.htm

Xenu is free and I think there is a link on my Links page. UI is not the best but it works.

Clear, thanks very much @Amebr and @Jeff_Coatsworth . Both are helpful responses

I'd be looking at using a link-checker on the generated HTML.

Hi Jeff, is there a link checker you would recommend?

There's no "all links" view anywhere that I'm aware.

The Broken Links report is the main location.

You might find the External References report useful as it includes external website addresses.
