RH 2020 Merged output with projects that have more than one TOC

I want to create merged output from a number of different projects. The thing is I have different TOCs in the same project. Can I specify different TOCs from the same child project in the merged output?  In other words:

Parent project

 Child project

  TOC 1

  TOC 2

Can I do need to have one TOC per child project?

OK, I think I get it! I will give it a go as you say. Thank you as ever!

See the section Linking the Projects. In the parent TOC you create a link to the child projects that you want.

When you generate the child projects you have to select one TOC and that's what gets into the merge.

Try it all with the demo merge you can download. It's deliberately small so that you can understand the principles.

Each project including the parent has to have a TOC. The parent TOC should only have topics in the parent plus references to the child project, not to actual topics.

It's all explained here. The method is the same for 2020.
