RH 2020: View Image Properties

In RH2020, I cannot find the option which allowed me to view image properties in RH2017.  Has it been eliminated?

After a series of hiccups in actually procuring the RH2020 subscription, I am finally operational.  However, I cannot use the content I converted from RH2017 to RH2020.  There are script error which prevent things like the TOC from loading.  I ran a second conversion; same outcome. I created a small project, tested it, and there were no script errors.

So, I created a pristine project, imported the master pages and style sheets, and images, then started rebuilding content.  It will take a while but it will be clean. My deadline is now end of the year, rather than the original two weeks.

Thanks to Peter and all who helped me through this. Ultimately, it worked out for the best.  I won't be shoving a project out there which is not exactly ready for prime time, and I will be building topics and content relationships using the new RH2020 features.  The result will be a much better one.

I would apply Update 5 as it will be easier to see what you want, quite apart from the extra bug fixes.

Ah.  Sorry, Peter.  I read very literally and thought you meant for me to look into General Properties to apply the update I needed to apply.  My current version is 2020.3.3.2.

Look in General Properties for the image properties.

Apply Update 5 to see the same view I showed.

No, applying Update 5 will show you more things than what you currently see. What point version are you currently running?

Peter, I looked in General Properties, but I see nothing about Update 5 in there.

Do note that if you have the first release of RH2020 (2020.0) there was a bug with Check for updates and you will need to manually download the latest version. Once you do that the Check for Updates function will work correctly.

Look in the General properties. You need to apply Update 5, that's why you are not seeing the same as me. Many other improvements.

OK.  Yes, I know the problem likely lies with Teams and some special configurations for us remote workers.  Anyway, here is what I am seeing. And I appreciate so much your patience.

It really would help to know what you are seeing but I'll leave it with you.

Something is wrong on the machine if Teams is having that effect. Works OK for me (no impact on RoboHelp).
