RH 7 Installation and RoboHelp for Word

I downloaded and installed the trial version of RoboHelp 7, on a machine with Windows Vista Ultimate running Microsoft Word 2007.
RoboHelp HTML seems to run OK from the basics I've checked. However when I try to start RoboHelp for Word 7 the following error message displays:
"Runtime Error...This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the support team..."

I installed the RH7 trial version on a machine with V5 already installed. To correct this I uninstalled V5 and then ran a repair for v7 but the error message remains the same.

UPDATE:
I uninstalled all RoboHelp products from a new machine.
Then, Installed version 7.0 UPGRADE. During installation I was asked for my old version 5 serial number so presumably this earlier version doesn't need to be installed. In any case V5 isn't compatible with Windows Vista and word 2007.

The same error message displays "C++ Runtime error....This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way".

I have the EXACT same issue.

Did anyone install an application called "Classic Menu For Office" from a company called Addintools?

You said you had installed on a machine with X5 so I assumed it had been used. Bottom line though is it didn't work.

Rather than Repair, I would uninstall and reinstall.

Snippet 92 didn't help. I installed on a machine where no previous help projects had been compiled. Moving the normal.docx template didn't work either.
