RH 7: Lack of Word support preventing printing to PDF?

Question

I have RH 7 and need to print to PDF just for ease of reviewing. I have checked my settings to make sure they are set to print to PDF and not Word. Nevertheless, I get a message that an supported version of Word is not found. I have Office 2010 and I have read that it is not supported (no surprise) but why can't I print to PDF?

Hi Beki.The print to PDF is not quite what it may at first seem. It actually generates a Word file first and then a PDF from the word file. As you have discovered, Word 2010 is not supported by RH7. The answer is to either downgrade your Word version or upgrade your RH version.
