RH 9 Index Malfunctioning

RoboHelp 9.0.0.228/Server 9

A blank Web Page dialogue appears when the end-user selects an Index keyword that has more than one topic associated to it.  For Index keywords that only have one topic associated to it, there is no issue (that topic opens up after clicking on its index keyword).  The issue is only occuring when viewing the project link from the server.

We recently upgraded from RH x 5 to RH 9.  We have identified other issues with the RH 9 server link (posted separately) that we don't understand.  Any guidance on how to get the RH 9 server URL to function more like the project view? or information that can help shed light on why they are so different?

    This isn't a problem in RHS8 Eva but unfortunately I do not have access to RHS9 to see if it is something that crept in there. Out of interest, does this happen in all your projects?

    I.T. rebooted the RH server and the index issue was resolved.  Moving forward, I.T. is going to reboot the server daily to clear the cache.

    This action resulted in another unexpected change though, the search button located at the top, right of the output was removed.  That is odd because we did not re-publish or change any settings.
