RH Classic 2019 stopped loading project

Last week, I was working in RH Classic 2019 all morning. I closed it and opened it several times. I then did an update and reboot for my docking station. Big mistake. Now RH opens but won't load any of my projects. It freezes up and stops responding. I've rebooted my computer. I've reinstalled my RH software. I even tried deleting the cpd file. I tried opening one of the RH sample projects and they don't load either. I tried running Updates from RH but all that did was update me to (not classic) RH and asked me for a rhpj file instead of xpj. It won't load a project. I contacted my IT department and they suggested that I reinstall my docking station software & make sure my Windows files were up to date & reboot. I did that. RH still won't load any projects. It opens just fine. It just won't load any projects. Any suggestions?

Can you start up RH 2019 Classic and create a new project?

Hi Jeff, I just tried. Same thing happened. It let me fill in that initial information dialog box but when I clicked to create the new project, it stalled out and stopped responding.

Wow - bizarre. Are you trying this on your local C:\ drive? Has IT rolled out some security changes that may have impacted you?
