RH10 errors generating WebHelp after applying patches

I am no longer able to generate WebHelp after applying patches to RoboHelp 10.

Yesterday, my IT Support person helped me to install patches to RoboHelp 10 that were listed in the Van Weelden site:

Aside: Patch 10.0.1 was a bit of a pain to get to work (required uninstall and reinstall of RH10).  The subsequent patches were easily applied.

Now, when I try to generate WebHelp output, I get the error messages below and if I click view, it doesn't open a browser window and I can't see any output. I see that another forum poster had this same problem in December but I'm not sure if it was ever resolved.

Here is the an extract of the messages in my Output View:

I've been able to resolve this issue. It seems that in the course of following the instructions to apply the patch for WebHelp fix for Internet Explorer 10, some of the files were deleted.

Luckily, my IT support person had made a backup of the folders before he applied the patches and was able to copy over the missing files.

I am now able to generate WebHelp again.
