RH11: How to remove the logo

The Standard screen layout template has a logo in the upper right corner.

I know how to change logo.png, but how do I remove the logo from the header entirely?

I am creating Responsive HTML5.

I have tweaked the Standard template for my screen layout.

But the Screen Layout Editor can only do so much.

Do I have to manually edit the html?
