RH11 -- Pinch and zoom not working on Android App

Hi

I have a project with just textual paragraphs and tables. I am generating Responsive HTML5 output from RH11 and using PhoneGap Build to publish the Android app (.apk) file.

I have uncommented the settings.setBuiltInZoomControls(true); line of DefaultActivity.java file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 11\RoboHTML\MultiscreenExt\NativeApps\Android\PhoneGapApp folder as mentioned in the product documentation. But I am not able to pinch and zoom the content on my Android devices.

Is there anything else I need to do? Please advise.
