Looks like our product branding guidelines will use proxima nova font. This I don't think is available in the system or RH. Is it possible to add a new font to RH?
Or does it show up in the list when it is added to Windows fonts?
From the online help - Select Edit > Character > Character Formatting > Font Sets.
Add the font there. Whether or not your users see it depends on whether they have the font installed.
