RH2017 - Is Ocean layout no more supported?

I read this RoboHelp screen profiles and layouts and downloaded the Ocean.zip file. How do I import it in RH 2017?

Also, when they say Starting with Update 2 of RoboHelp, the Ocean layout has been deprecated from the product. does that mean it is not yet supported or any known issues with it for which it is not recommended?

It was deprecated because there were many issues with it. I don't have the details.
