RH2017 screenshot does not appear in compiled project

I'm back to working with RH 2017 for the moment. I've inserted a screenshot into a topic, but it doesn't appear in Printed Documentation (Word or PDF), nor does it appear in the compiled (online) version. I don't think this has ever happened before. Was gibt?

I have no idea what gibt is and neither does Google other than "gives". Relevant?

How did you insert the image and does it appear in Project Manager?
