Rh2017 - The remote server returned an error (403 forbidden) when publishing to SharePoint

Hi Iam using RH 2017 and trying to add a SharePoint version control from:

Collaborate > Add to version control > RoboHelp SharePoint Connector.

When I enter the sharepoint site and credentials or check Windows Credentials option I get the error:

The remote server returned an error (403 forbidden)

Any idea if how to fix this? Is it because I don't have admin access to SharePoint? or something else that is resulting this error?

First, RH2017 only supports Sharepoint 2010 or Sharepoint 2013. While I couldn't say for certain this is what is causing your error, it's something to keep in mind.

Second, using Sharepoint for version control is very different from publishing the output. Can you confirm if you want to use source control for your source, or publish the generated output to Sharepoint for your end users to access?
