RH2019 Indigo map file doesn't work

I have a help site made in RoboHelp 2019 using the Indigo Respoinsive HTML5 skin.

When I was playing around with the Azure_Blue skin, the map file I created worked great, I was easily able to link to topics using ?rhmapid=map-id but when I switched to using Indigo, these links stopped working. My map file is still selected on the output preset settings. I have no idea what happened.
