RH2019 PDF output missing video (no Advanced menu in preset)

How do i fix the output to PDF so that my video shows up? Note there is no "Advanced" menu for clicking to embed multimedia files (i.e. video).

That suggests you don't have the updates applied. Go to the Help menu and click Updates.
