RH2019 Responsive HTML Output not completing

How can I see if and when the OUTPUT has completed? I did right click on the executing output preset and selected the VIEW Log and nothing happens, tried the View Output and get message that OUTPUT is not generating "Do you want to generate" I selected generate....but yet the working progress bar is still moving and I can not tell when or if OUTPUT has completed.

There is normally a message bottom right to tell you the project has been generated.

Open one of the sample projects and try that first.
