RH2019 word export misses graphics in tables

Hello community,

in my word-export the svg graphics are missing. I found this post but that doesn't fix my problem.

I created a test project and can reproduce the behavior. SVG graphics are missing, when they are in a table. Because I have some icon-explanation in my help and svg warning symbols, this is really a bad thing.

Thank you.

PS: I'm using RH 2019 14.0.4 and the latest Word version (2006 (build 13001.20384))

Two possible answers here.

  1. Images in a table not coming through to Word is a known issue. From a recent post it might be only if there is no text so try that. It could be a dot formatted the same colour as the background. Worth a try and let us know how you get on.
This is fixed in 2020 but not in 2019.
  2. See this topic on Microsoft's site. It may be that even in 2020 SVGs could be an issue. If you want to create a simple test project and send it to me, I can try it for you. See the instructions on the Contact page on my site.

Hello Peter,

thanks a lot, answer 1 seems to fix it, but the format doesn't matter... it's the same with png!!!

Here the result of my word export test:

With a text behind the <img> in tables work. A space isn't enough. This is only a problem in tables.
