rh2020 - Add to Favorites doesn't work with responsive indigo skin

I have a sample help portal and works well with Responsive Indigo skin. However, Add to Favorites and doesn't save the topic under Favorites and doesn't show up when I revisit Favorites.

Is this an issue?

This is also working for me in RoboHelp Tour Introduction (grainge.org)
