Rh2020 - Adding a description to the tiles in Studio skin

I am using Studio skin for a frameless output. I am all set.

Just wanted to check if we can a small one-liner or couple of words description to the Tiles that can appear below the tile title.

Is that Possible? If yes, where in RH do we add it?

The tiles have the title of the TOC section so I think you want to add some narrative to expand on that, correct?

There is nothing built in that I am aware of. Could you structure your TOC so that the top level sections have longer names? Would that suffice?
