Rh2020 - adding a feedback form to the Frameless or Responsive HTML5 help

Can we add a short feedback form to the Frameless or Responsive HTML 5 online help output?

Perhaps a small form with 1 or two questions about the help content in general. Is that possible?

Any idea how to set it up and how can the responses be collected?

Please follow this link to request features. https://tracker.adobe.com

Post the link to your feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.

We're about to do the same: adding a Support/Feedback button that would feed our Zendesk instance. On another webpage it was added and is working properly.

In our team, we only have minimal experience and knowledge of JavaScript, so by now we didn't find a way to have it working at all.

Would be great to get an instruction from Adobe to perform such steps.

Some people have added a mailto: link in their master page headers to send reports in; others have added links to third party feedback systems.

Interesting. Will explore.

Out of curiosity, is it possible to add the feedback form data to a simple txt file similar to a log file?

There is no built in way of adding a form but 2020 is HTML5 and CSS3 compliant so you should be able to create that in the same way as any web page. Perhaps your developers can help you?
