rh2020 - adding multimedia link, can we add embed code?

In rh2017 we could add an embed code in the html view. in rh2020 can we add this? We have some videos on brainshark and the url to that. We want to add it in the help content so the user can click and play it inline. We have an embed code to track the usage in Brainshark that we want to include as well.

Also why can't you just put the URL into the topic? If it is an ugly string, you can edit the link so that only whatever text you choose shows in the topic.

 

For example, the link to my site is www.grainge.org. This link also goes there.

Those services usually give a code snippet, right? You should be able to switch to code view and paste the code snippet in the desired place. Theoretically RH2020 should leave most code alone, rather than making random changes, so it should be much easier than Classic.

 

If you've tried that and it's not workling, post some more details about what you've tried and what problems you're experiencing.
