RH2020 - enabling browser back button when help opening in new browser window

Not sure if this can be controlled from RH2020. I have a frameless output and the when we click Help from within the product, the help is launched in a new browser window.

However, it does not display the full browser controls like the Refresh button or Back and Next buttons. Is that something that we can set from RH?

No. In context sensitive mode you do not get the panels where the browse sequence appears. It's not a back button as in a browser.

You can set up your call so that it opens to the required topic with the the panels included. However, at that point the user hasn't been to a previous topic so there is no Back. You would see any browse sequence but that's not what you are asking for.

You're launching in CSH (Context Sensitive Help) mode - change the way you're calling the help in your program.

Can I get the Back button in Context Sensitive mode? Context sensitive is very important to our project, but we'd also love to have the Back button for users when they're navigating around.

If you want the browser address bar and buttons, that is controlled by your developers. They will need to change how they call the help so those browser features are included.
