rh2020 - failed to generate printed documentation error

I get this message when I generate a word output from my help.

It doesn't point to the specific issue to probe. Any idea how to fix this? Where to look for possible misses?

It accepts the word template that I provide correctly. Only at the last step it fails.

You should be able to right click the preset and access a log.

 

The fact that the preset knows where your template is does not mean it is "accepted" in the sense that it has checked everything in it is OK. Try generating without the template just to see if it then creates a document.

 

After that duplicate the TOC twice and delete different halves to see if pointing the preset to those two will get one to generate.
