RH2020: Formatting subkeywords in PDF index

I have several subkeywords in my index. The subkeywords are displaying indented as expected in the Online help, but in the PDF they are shown at the same level.

 

 

It appears that the keywords use the p.book-idx-keyword style in the book.css style sheet, but I am a little uncertain how to modify that style to indent subkeywords. Can anyone point me to a source?

    Add some left margin to div.book-idx-child. It should work.
