RH2020: Frameless TopNavigation = No Mini TOC?

Quick question - the TopNavigation frameless skin doesn't offer/include the mini TOC feature, does it?

It wasn't obvious in the skin's settings and I'm not sure where/how it'd be surfaced in the output anyway.

I do love the mini TOC feature in the other frameless skins.

Not part of Top Navigation. Also be careful with long titles and lots of top level sections.
