RH2020: Frameless: Unable to generate output

I have downloaded the trial version of RH2020. For some reason the output is not getting generated. In Quick Generate > Output Preset > Frameless, the bar keeps running for ever without generating an ouput.

I also checked with the built-in RH project - Compass Travel but still no luck.

Any specific settings that RH2020 requires?

First try creating a new preset, not a duplicate.

If that fails I am suspecting the installation for the simple reason that you also cannot generate Compass Travel. I just tried that one and all I changed was the output path.

Was the installation done by someone with admin rights to the machine?

Is it on a local drive and are you generating to the same drive?

The version is 2020.0.156

The issue occurs after completing all the fields in the output preset.

Check the version number. It should be 2019.0.14.

You said you used the Quick Generate. Before you use it the first time you have to complete certain fields. In the Quick Generate dialog there is an Edit icon or you can go to Outputs and edit the preset there.

Try that and maybe try creating a new preset.

The issue still persists. RH2020 did not generate the Frameless ouput. But it got fixed after I ran the About Robohelp project.

I opened the About RoboHelp project and generated the Frameless output and it worked fine.

Now even my project is generating an output. It looks like the issue is fixed.

Do we need to run the About Robohelp project first and then generate the specific projects? Is this a mandate step that needs to be followed?

Hi Siju

Did you try create a default frameless skin and then setting the same when generating output ?

Also if you could share the log file contents present in %temp%\RHTMP\*.ehtml file
