RH2020 Publication - Search crashed

Hi, 
We are trying to search with keywords in the help publications, but with some of them, the search crashes; Keywords like "1", "5". Is this an issue that you have experienced? If so, how can we resolve the search problem?

    What version of RH? Are you all patched up?
    What output are you creating and where is it located - on your local C:\ drive or on a webserver somewhere?
    Did it work before and now doesn't? Or was it never working?
