RH2022: can't post a Word document to Sharepoint

We are considering upgrading from RH2017 to RH2022 and are working with the free trial version at the moment. Gradually, we are figuring things out and learning, step-by-step, but have hit a snag. We can't seem to generate and publish a Word document to a file in Sharepoint, which we will need so that team members can comment on (and in) Word documents. We did have one of our IT crew give us a path to Sharepoint, but the problem remains.

Any suggestions?

I'm not a Sharepoint user but try generating locally and then use the Publish option to push it to Sharepoint. See the RoboHelp Tour on my site for details.

Also note the setup prerequisites here (esp. the custom javascript one): https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/publish-sharepoint.html

Your RH2022 is set to Patch 2 level, right? Can you publish anything else to the SP location? Might be an issue with the SP connection generally if you can't (not just a Word output issue). Have you successfully generated to Word (not to SP)?
