RH2022 images version control issues

Good afternoon all, 

So after fixing our netskop issue we now have an issue with adding images to a project in a source control environment. When user 1 add the image , topic has to be checked 3 times before user 2 can get the image via version control

> Insert image

> Check in topic

> Image in sharepoint server is added but checked out however image is not checked out in RH

> User 1 check in topic > image is checked in  and listed under "edit" but does not appear checked in in the sharepoint server.

User 1 check in topic several times showing that the image as "edit" in the pop up window

User 2 finally get the image after getting the latest

Any ideas because we have already lost 2 weeks of migration with Netskope?

    To find out if checking in 2-3 times is a bug or intended, you'll need to contact Adobe using the details Jeff provided earlier in this thread. To me it sounds like a bug, but I'm not an Adobe employee so I could be wrong. 🙂

I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.)

    Wanted to make sure when you add an image to a topic should be checked in automatically or you have to check in topic twice , one for adding and one for checking in. 🙂 thank you so very much 🙂
