Question

RH22 Some topics became corrupted, some topic content was duplicated. Is there a simple fix or way to undo? thanks

    It sounds like there might have been a sync or import issue causing corruption or duplication. A few things you can try:

    1. Check version history – If your platform supports it, you may be able to restore previous versions of the affected topics.

    2. Undo/rollback – Some tools have an undo or rollback option for recent changes.

    3. Manual cleanup – For duplicated content, sometimes copying the unique parts to a new topic and deleting the corrupted one is fastest.

    4. Contact support – If the corruption persists, the platform’s support team can often restore or repair the affected topics.

    ​@mrjohn-23  The OP didn’t mention anything about source control, so I’m not sure how you jumped to point #1 or 2; point #3 could be valid, but there was nothing in the source view that indicated duplication/corruption, and #4 I’ve not heard of RH support restoring/repairing something damaged in a project.

    Was this a new project or a converted one? If converted, from what version?
