RHServer 11 reporting failed - fetch failed error during generation

Hi, 

I am using RH11 Server, it's working fine, we are able to publish project through html5 format. 

We are using SQL express local database, 

When i access the  Robohelp web administrator webpage, go-to  Report, select my area, and report-name, i have an error message :  "Contacting Robohelp server" then "Fetch failed, unable to get valid data from server" 

Anyone has experienced such issue ? How i can diagnose and troubleshoot it please ? 

Are there some logs somewhere or some other configuration to do to be able to run this reports ? 

I reviewed the install doc but nothing interesting regarding my issue.

    I've edited your post to reflect you're talking aboit RHServer and not just RH11. There's not a lot of us on this forum that use the RHServer product, so if someone like @johndaigle doesn't jump in, you'd be better off talking to the RH folks directly (see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.)
