Some glossary terms show but not all of them.

    Hi dsl4ou and welcome to the RH forums, but if you want us to help you you'll have to provide some more information. Let's start with the RoboHelp version you are using and the type of output you are generating. Then we'll need to know a little more about what does / does not show. Is there a pattern that emerges? A screen shot may help us there.
