Hello all,

This is a new issue and just recently started on a machine that I have been using RoboHelp on for about 6 months now.

RoboHelp v9.22 Build 566 that has be service packed.
Windows XP
Microsoft Office 2003

When I go to:
File \ Import \ Word document and select the word doc,

I receive the following message:

Unable to create HTML document. The current installation of Microsoft Word does not support the HTML format. Check you isntall options to see if it was left out.

As far as I know nothing has changed in my environment with Office.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
James

It's like breaking the speed limit, you don't get caught every time but that doesn't make it correct.

Word XP is OK, you don't need to go all the way back to 2000.

Ah, I need to downgrade Office 2003 to Office 2000. Ok this is possible. What intrestes me is that it has worked in the past and I knew that there were some incompatibilites with my version of Robo and the Office suite.

    I appreaciate your quick response.

    Welcome to the forum.

RoboHelp X5 is the first version to support Word 2003. You need to downgrade to Word XP. That will also require you to uninstall and reinstall RoboHelp.

    Could upgrading be an option?
