Robohelp 11 Localization Support

I am looking for a way to add localization support in robohelp. I am using Robohelp 11 and currently generating output in only english language. I want to generate in two other languages as well, how is that possible. Even when I am changing default language to French, the output is still coming in English language. I am not sure whether it's robohelp limitation or I am making some mistake.

Hi Peter, Sorry for the trouble, as this is something which is urgent on my plate, I asked it twice.

So as a follow up question, as of now I can't upgrade to Robohelp 2020

So, I would like to know about the hard way.
