RoboHelp 2015 asking for the file archive part

There is only the Exe to download from the Adobe site for RoboHelp 2015, but after install, when trying to extract,

I receive error message that "the file archive part is missing"

    You must find the RoboHelp_12_LREFDJ.7z file archive (below the setup file you had specified) on the same page. After downloading that 7Z file format archive, you can unzip it using Winzip or any other supported extractor and then run the Setup file under RoboHelp 11 folder (in the extracted contents).

    there are two files (an exe and a 7z).  ie,  file 1 of 2 and file 2 of 2.

    you need to download both, put them in the same directory and then double click the exe.

    There is only one file to install for this software on our LWS site.  Where do I find the 7z file?

    it should be at the same location where you dl the exe.
