Robohelp 2015 best practice for lists

Is there a best practices for using a List style vs a paragraph list for bullets in the style pod with RH 2015? What is the recommendation?

It appears that the samples that came with Robohelp 2015 are old and do not show any styles for bulleted lists.

Then, Is the bullet icon in the ribbon tied to the list styles?

Lists contains instructions for creating single level and multi-level lists. Paragraph styles should not be created with bullets since RoboHelp 8. You should create a list style and, if you want, you can add a paragraph style. Why and how is covered.

This topic is from Employee Care 3 but it is in both sample projects. I see three bulleted lists.

Am I misunderstanding you?

1] See Lists on my site.

2] There are list styles in the Sample projects.

I checked both those resources before posting - your site and the sample projects. Sorry, but neither was any help.

Which sample project are you referring to? I did not see any bullet lists only numbered one.
