RoboHelp 2015 - New RoboHelp Page not appearing in Sharepoint Version Control

Hi,

We have a number of developers using Robohelp with version control deployed on Sharepoint. It works fine for updating existing pages, but when we create a new page and check it in,it doesn't appeared on other users' versions of RoboHelp when they get the latest version. Has anyone run into this problem and figured out solution?

Thanks,

Greg Brown

There are 2 setting to take into account when working with source control.

  1. File > Options > General > Clear project cache (.cpd file) before opening any project

This makes sure that the local cache is refreshed whenever a project is opened. The project cache is the no 1 reason why new topics don't show up.

  2. File > Options > Version Control > Get the latest version of all project files when opening a project.

Even though this slows down opening projects, you are sure to get all changed and new files automatically when you open a new project.

Thanks! I'll pass this along to our team.
