RoboHelp 2015 Resp HTML - Merged index/TOC disappear when master project is published

I have a master project with several merged projects. When I publish updates to my master project, the index entries and/or TOC from the merged projects disappear from the left/navigation pane.

The projects reappear if I publish them again.

Do you know what causes this issue?

Do you know why the index entries from the merged projects disappear, and how I can fix the problem?

Is this related to the other merged TOC questions?

I'm using:

  • Version RoboHelp 2015 (12.02.384)
  • SharePoint Server v 10
  • Windows 7 Enterprise
  • Browser = MSIE 11.0.9600.18524

Thanks very much!

Is this problem only when uploaded to RoboHelp Server or does it also occur if you view the merge locally?

yes, it occurs locally,
if you mean I clicked View Result to view the project from the output folder.

The Index disappeared.  so I publish the child project so that the index entries will appear again.

This isn't something I have experienced or seen reported so we need to do some troubleshooting.

First try it in some other browsers to see if it occurs there.

Then download one of the merged help demo projects from my site and upgrade the projects to RoboHelp 2015. Does it occur with those?

That will isolate browser issues and app versus project issues.

Post back.
