"Robohelp 2015" upgrades through the Cloud ?

Is it possible to get the "Robohelp 2015" upgrades through the Cloud and can the Robohelp application be shared between users?

As the same way as the Photoshop application that is available through the Adobe Creative cloud and licence can be re-attributed to users.

RoboHelp is a per user licence that the user can activate on up to two machines. If a user deactivates their licence on the only machine used or both machines, then another person can use that licence. Adobe is of course the authority but that is my understanding.
