RoboHelp 2017 Publish to SharePoint in ASPX Format

My company will be moving to SharePoint Online.

I was testing to see how I can get RoboHelp files onto the online site I have. I can copy the files from my hard drive and place the on the SharePoint site but when I try open the index file the guide does not dissplay properly.

In working with IT, they mentioned an article they found titled "Publish to SharePoint Online and Other Publishign Enhancements". In the article it states that you can publish Responstive HTML5 output to SharePoint Online in the native ASPX format.

I cannot figure out how to publsh in the native ASPX format.

I must be able to publish to SharePoint Online or I will no longer be able to use RoboHelp.

Thank you,

Michele

I have a feeling RH2017 can only publish to on-premises sharepoint servers, not sharepoint online. Do contact support using the email address in Peter's link, and I would recommend you have IT help with the contact to make sure RH support get the correct technical information about your company's setup.

Check your Single Source Layouts - set up a new one for Responsive HTML5 and point it at the SharePoint server location.

    In the SSL dialog.

    Peter,

Where do I find the Destination settings? I looked in the RoboHelp 2017 help but destination is not found.

I fumbled around in RoboHelp but I cannot locate it.

    Thank you,

    Michele

2017 does have a Sharepoint publish option and I would guess it is in ASPX format. However, I can't say how well it will work with the latest versions of Sharepoint.

The format should be in RoboHelp's own help or check with Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

I'm pretty sure that generating SharePoint content wasn't present in RH2017 - you should download the RH2020 trial on a non-production machine, update it, and test out a copy of your content with it.
