RoboHelp 2019 and RoboHelp 2020 Question

I see a lot of answers that state something is in version 2020 but not in 2019.

My question is, should version 2020 be what we use instead of version 2019?

If you're committed to the New UI, then going to 2020 makes perfect sense, because that's where the updates will be taking place.

If you want those features the answer has to be yes. If you're on the subscription plan, it's no cost. Otherwise you'll need a subscription as there's no perpetual license.
